Work happens around your hours
Evenings, overnight, or weekends, so you do not lose trading days or send staff home.
Repainting a business is a scheduling problem as much as a painting one. You cannot close for a week, and customers should never walk into a half-finished space. We work around your hours so the doors stay open.
A retail unit has fixtures, stock, and trading hours. A clinic has infection control and patient schedules. A restaurant has a health inspection to think about. The paint is the easy part — planning around all of that is what you are actually hiring for.
Evenings, overnight, or weekends, so you do not lose trading days or send staff home.
Certificates provided up front for your records, your landlord, or your building's contractor requirements.
Specified so the space is usable the next morning rather than smelling of solvent for a week.
Everything is planned around the space still being used. You get a schedule you can share with staff, and a crew that keeps to it.

The number we quote is the number you are invoiced unless you change the scope.
Get your exact priceCommercial work is quoted per project rather than by a standard rate. Wall area matters, but so does access, ceiling height, how much furniture moves, and whether the work runs during the day or after hours.
Have a unit, a fit-out, or a lease deadline? Send the scope and we will quote it.

Less than most people expect when it is planned properly. We contain and sign work areas, protect fixtures and stock, and reset the space at the end of every shift rather than only at the end of the job. With low-odour products, a space painted overnight is normally ready for customers in the morning.
Yes. Kodiak Painting is a licensed and insured painting contractor with liability coverage in place and WCB-covered crews. We can provide current certificates up front — most commercial landlords and property managers ask for them before work starts, so we send them with the quote.
Yes. Send the paint codes or the brand spec sheet and we will order to it. If you do not have codes, we can colour-match from a physical sample such as a piece of signage, a fixture panel, or a section of existing wall.
Yes, and a vacant unit between tenants is the easiest and most economical time to paint — no stock to work around, no trading hours to protect, and full access to every wall. If you are coordinating with other trades we will fit into the programme.
Both are common for us and both have specific requirements — washable, moisture-resistant coatings in kitchens and prep areas, and low-odour products with careful containment in clinical spaces. Tell us about any health or infection-control requirements at the site walk and we will specify accordingly.

Sheen changes how a colour reads and how well a wall survives being cleaned. Here is which one belongs in which room.
